Purchases: costs that update themselves
Upload a supplier invoice as a PDF or photograph it. StockLens reads the lines, matches them to your products and puts the new cost prices in front of you to approve. Approved lines update cost price, so GP reflects what you are actually paying rather than what you paid last spring.
Supplier price creep, made visible
Because every approved invoice line is dated, a product's cost history is a list rather than a guess. A quiet 8% increase on a house lager shows up as a GP movement instead of an unexplained drop at year end.
Draught variance per line
Cask by ullage, keg by weight or volume, dispense per line. Compare depletion against draught sales and see which line is losing product, rather than accepting a single cellar-wide figure.
Cellar to bar transfers
Move stock from cellar to bar as a transfer. Both areas stay accurate and nothing is counted twice.
Gas, empties and the awkward items
CO2 and mixed gas cylinders, empties held for deposit and anything else you need to reconcile can be held as products with their own counts.
