Review and confirm
Extracted information can be reviewed and corrected before approval. Once you confirm, cost prices update against products so GP and stock valuation reflect the latest price.
Audit trail and supplier history
Every approved invoice is stored against the supplier and product. You can see price history per product per supplier — useful for negotiations and identifying price creep.
